The official publications of the SGAS are the Newsletter and the annual Yearbook of German-American Studies. The Society also occasionally publishes Supplemental Issues of the Yearbook.

The Yearbook of German-American Studies contains articles in English and German on German-American history, literature, linguistics, and culture. Inquiries about the Yearbook should be directed to the Yearbook Editor, William D. Keel ([email protected]). It also contains a Book Review section devoted to primary and secondary works of interest to the discipline. Inquiries from publisher and reviewers about the book reviews should be directed to the Book Review Editor, Marc Pierce ([email protected]).

The Newsletter contains informative articles concerning the Society as well as news on the activities of other organizations with similar purposes and short articles on German-Americana. Inquiries about the Newsletter should be directed to the Newsletter Editor, Joshua Brown ([email protected]).
